I am Nadine, a seventeen year old from Vlaardingen, the Netherlands, who will pass her exams in May this year, and I'm planning an amazing trip.
I think I am one out of thousand who gets the chance to go to America for almost three months and I have to say, I am too excited about it. The only thing I have to pay is my ticket! Lucky me.
The plan is to live with my mom's best friend, her husband and their three little children, so I am going to be a little nanny who can see America at the same time. In October I will leave the Netherlands and I will be back just before my birthday (24th of December) and Christmas.
If, yes if, this is going to happen - because we're are not sure about it yet - my mom will travel with me, as a surprise for her best friend and she'll leave America after the birthday of the two youngest children (1 and 3 years old).
I'm really glad she will travel with me to America, but I'll travel by myself back to the Netherlands after two and a half months and I'm not happy about the fact that I'm alone. You never know what will happen.
Right now I am saving lots of money because, when I go to America as an European, I really have to buy a lot over there.
Please, let my fantasy become real,
